Sometimes I just have things to say. Of course, this is my opinion. You have a right to your opinion as well if not the same and we will respectfully agree to disagree. :-)
If you are not sharing your bloodlines with full registration to the pet world, you have no right to complain about the quality of the pet market.
Situation where a consumer, was trying to tell breeders how to run their business.....
Avoid breeds that are considered designer dogs. Our path is ethical breeding and breeding designer dogs is not considered ethical. Canine Corporations are NOT JUST ABOUT MONEY! Your job is to be a preservation breeder. You are wanting a life long business that you can pass down to your kids, so don't be on the crossbreed bandwagon.
Let AKC do the research. Once they can determine a consistency in the breed, then they will add it to the registry. A great example is coon hunting type dogs. Some coon hunters were added back in early 1900's, but the Blue Tick was added in 2009. Why? Consistency. When creating a new breed, it takes years & committed breeders to perfect.
Until adopted by AKC, mixed breeds are all just "mutts".
