How you set up your business is your first marketing tool. Just my policy of not harassing potential buyers, makes folks call me over the next person.
A great website, a great social media presence, and being able to take those calls/texts. Due to the issue with scammers, folks are not going to buy if they can't talk to you on the phone. Responsiveness is your best friend.
