Breeders constantly battle with devout "Adopt/Don't Shop" sychophants. They will call the police on you, and will have never even drove by your facility. Now, I don't know why police get involved unless they have proof of an issue, because it is a huge waste of their time, but for some reason, they do.
And if you are one of the unfortunate folks whos Animal Control is a PETA member, you had better have these guys at the Calvary Group on speed dial. I had to use them twice in 2 years. Once for a bogus call to sheriff, and once for a false BBB report. Both were over in minutes on my side. Worth every penny!
No chickens/birds. Keep cats out a nursery. The further you can keep them apart, the better.
